Treatment Credits
Credits can be applied toward eligible services and never expire while a membership is active or after it is canceled.
After Cancellation
VIP-only benefits end, including member discounts, VIP Botox pricing, and filler savings. Unused treatment credits remain available.
Birthday Gift Card
Available once per calendar year during your birthday month for personal use. Gold members receive $25; Platinum members receive $50.

What happens if I cancel?
Monthly billing stops according to the applicable cancellation terms. VIP-exclusive benefits, discounts, Botox pricing, and filler savings end, while your unused treatment credits remain available for future INFUDERM services.
How are monthly payments used?
Each monthly membership payment becomes a treatment credit that can be applied toward eligible services.
How do savings apply?
For eligible services, deposited treatment credit is applied first. The applicable VIP discount is then applied to the remaining eligible bill. Botox and fillers receive their separate VIP pricing or savings.
How do birthday gift cards work?
Birthday gift cards are for personal use, available once per calendar year during the member's birthday month, and may be used toward services, including Botox, fillers, and promotions.
